A landlord is a LandlordGroup — the people instructing the letting of one or more rental
properties. The group has one or more LandlordProfile rows, each linking to a Person and
carrying a rent split percentage. Lettings properties owned by the group are reachable via
the properties link on the detail endpoint.
For fuzzy / typeahead lookup, use the /v2/search endpoint instead.
