A viewing is always against a property. The units collection lists the specific
units covered; an empty collection means the whole property was viewed.

Confirmation is tracked in three states for the owner and for each attendee — awaiting,
confirmed, declined — so a viewing can sit at ComingUp with some parties still to
reply. scheduledFrom and scheduledTo both match on the scheduled start.

Unit sizes are given as stored and normalised to square feet.
