A party is whoever the agency deals with on the commercial side — a landlord, a vendor,
a tenant, a solicitor. Each is either an organisation or an individual, given by
type, but the contact details are returned in the same flat shape either way:
the primary email, phone and address held against the organisation or the person.

Applicant profiles, tenancies and notes are not included; follow the links block for
those. People attached to an organisation are returned by the single-party endpoint only.
